Dinner with the Baker has pastry chef Pino Loncantro share his award-winning recipes, drawing from his Italian background and favourites from his family gourmet delicatessen/cafe, Locantro, in Sydney's Leichhardt, a family-owned and run neighbourhood business started by his parents 16 years ago.
Pino's pastries sell out on most days and the cheesecake has won numerous Fine Food awards. On Fridays and Saturdays the freshly baked sourdough bread also brings customers in droves.
