Ok, I can hear you ask, what is so different about this recipe book?  Well for one thing This is my Favourite is in aid of BBC Children in Need Appeal.  Secondly, not every book has a Royal chef in it and if that fact alone is not enough to make you want to pick it up, when you add the other 99 favourite recipes from some of the top chefs in the country, it should make it almost impossible to put down.

This is my Favourite is made up of 100 original recipes from some of the countries best known chefs; Gordon Ramsey, Gary Rhodes, Raymond Le Blanc, Michel Roux, Heston Blumenthal, Antony Worrall Thompson.

Add to these a list of chefs who may not be as famous, but are as passionate as the big names about the food they produce.  They all have one thing in common, the desire to produce great tasting food.
